Who we are

Founding principal  Chris Gibson brings 20 years of investment experience in US  financial markets.  Her extraordinary resources include the best and brightest at the top Wall Street investment banks as well as financial and legal advisors.  Chris holds the distinction of originating many innovative solutions to protect shares acquired via merger. She and her team have been acknowledged for providing unique solutions  for the specialized arena of protecting class action settlements.
